A New Brand for a Fresh Face

The Haven Group is a full service real estate group serving Fairfax, Virginia and the surrounding areas. As a startup real estate agency, the team at The Haven Group was looking to put together a clean, modern brand identity and web presence that would help them stand out from the crowd in a busy and competitive Northern Virginia market.

Beginning with the logo, and working all the way through a complete identity system design, we focused on creating a brand that conveyed the friendly, yet professional and thorough nature of Kat and her team.


Consistent Across All Touchpoints

After finalizing the family of logos, the next order of business was to design several pieces of business stationary and marketing collateral that would enable Kat and her team to launch into the industry with a consistent and cohesive brand image. 

We started off with business cards and branded pocket folders, and have since developed a full Buyer's Guide that help Kat and her team provide enormous value to their clients as a trusted resource.

A Professional Web Presence

After establishing the brand identity and crafting a few pieces of key marketing collateral, our next mission was to build a professional and user-friendly website that would act as the digital face of the agency. This project gave us the opportunity to build a custom Content Management System (CMS) that The Haven Group uses to manage and display their current home listings.

The website design and development portion of this project also gave us the opportunity to collaborate with one of our creative partners, Chelsea Sherman, who provided all of the website copy.

Hitting the Streets

In ​the very crowded real estate industry, impressions are the name of the game, and the final piece of our strategic marketing solution leveraged that principal. 

After designing an eye-catching yard sign, we designed and implemented a series of direct-mail postcard campaigns that targeted specific key neighborhoods and demographics to attract The Haven Group's ideal clients.
